Your cpu supported .
Select xc2xxx jtag and next correct cpu in menu.

The crash data is in the MCU R7F701064.
For the EEPROM use "RH850 external EEPROM 95128".

The problem with the SRS system is not related to the DC converter.
You can always test the SRS unit on a bench before installing it on the car...
