CPU:
+ at least 4 pictures: of case with sticker, both sides of PCB and zoomed CPU (do NOT resize pictures!)
Subject should looks like "CAR BRAND, MODEL, YEAR, PART NUMBER, CPU" (for example: "Toyota Yaris 2015 89170-0D740 H8SX R5F61725")

by AST_Support(on car) means that the Clear Crash by OBD function is working on the car and cannot clear the data on the bench.
You did not check if the crash...-
