89170-33G80
while writing obd using smartobd tool voltage gone
now i cant connect obd and has lost communication with airbag control unit
i can connect on bench
can i restore it?

For the EEPROM use "RH850 external EEPROM 95128".

The problem with the SRS system is not related to the DC converter.
You can always test the SRS unit on a bench before installing it on the car...
