I found pinout on UART section but i'm getting this error

    Adapter ISP_v1.0 S/N: 77E103D29BEA19A4

    target idcode: 00000000 00000000Uncknow Device
    device id: 0x00000000
    chip id: 0x00000000
    HSM - not available
    mCode Version - 0x0
    PFLASH0 size - 0x40000 bytes

    Wrong Chip Selected!

Pinout is 100% correct and i lift pin on MCU

I managed to read/write, you must solder wire onto the lifted pin. I was using e-z hooks before which was causing a connection issue.

Files are still in testing phase, not got one to work at this moment.

This is the pinout, as you see you need to lift leg 83, solder a wire onto leg 83 and connect it to the pad shown in picture.

            Thanks

In my honest opinion, it is not worth the risk, it is a very expensive module and chances of success is very low, i managed to lift leg and still could not manage to connect, i tried many times to clean and resolder with no success until eventually the thin leg broke off.....

i was lucky that the customer was very understanding about the situation. but who knows maybe next time customer is difficult and want me to buy new one, so to me it is best to wait until better solution comes out.

What did you use to get under the leg?

I'm with you on this one, other modules I've just bought new and programmed them, but this one customer isn't to willing to buy a new module, don't want to lift leg to nit be able to read, theres no sure fire way to get anything under the leg safely, maybe removing mcu would be better?

yes, lifting your leg is a bit risky so as not to break it, you need to be careful
