Hello, I am trying to Connect to the device but it does not work. Is there a correct way to Connect to the device?

You need 10k resistor as it says in the title

You have already Erased Flash in this SRS ECU, so now you need to remove one smd resistor and solder 10k resistor as shown on the picture, open this file (pass PM), and press Write Flash button. Other buttons will not work until you finished this process.

hi back with the result i did write the file but i did the wrong file
the file i have from back up for Toyota 86 2017 not the one you give me and i put the resistor smd one . but i am trying to read the SRS ECU bench but not work any idea how will work

So you write file from 89170-47280 SRS ECU to 98221-CA170.
Try desoldering the 10k resistor, soldering back the smd resistor and try to Connect and Read Errors on the bench.

That what i am going to do but i thank i destroy the smd resistor i order from Amazon I’m waiting until tomorrow to get it and I will do it Again thank you for your response. I would be back to the resort tomorrow.

You can just solder a wire instead of this smd resistor.
If the SRS ECU does not respond after restoring all components, you need to write the correct file using the CPT H8SX UART.
