Ntg deactivator not working

Hi I need help please
I used ntg deactivator on w204 and 463 and not working on both cars
we connected it as per diagram. Disconnected battery and also shut doors for 30-45mins
still comes up and diag on screen
also no faults in radio module?? It doesn’t make sense

What not working ?
What info on display.

What more information do you need
there is no faults in radio
I’ll get a photo of wiring after I go back
the diagnostic error message does not disappear, I’ve left ignition on for 30minutes
ive left it off for longer with doors shut
I’ve disconnected battery
message is still on dash
