I can not read this module via j-tag. i use connection like this: Link
if i use ISP adapter and external power supply i get a message:
Adapter ISP_v1.0 S/N:
JTAG scan chain interrogation failed: all ones

if i try without expernal power supply i get:

Adapter disconnected!

CPU XC2xxxA-72f (jtag) - work with adapter ISP_V1.x

- Select Vendor: Infineon jtag XC23xxA

- Select Target: XC2xxxA-72f (jtag)

- Select Region: bank1 (64 kB)

- Operation: Read
jumper on ISP adapter is configurired for XC mcu

What i do wrong? Please!

Maybe You have SMART-OBD? Possible read and write via OBD!

i dont have SMART-OBD, connection diagran verificated. i must use isp adapter and external power supply,right? Link
in this help written differently, but i think this is old help,which was used before isp adapter.
srs unit 100% good, connection same.

Please make good connection.
MCU not response only if bad connection or wrong power suply.

I checked the connection many times, no result. tried SRS units from ford and hyundai. I just recently acquired this programmer,i could not read a single chip. only eeprom. Maybe there is some trick. Thanks.
