YEAR:
PART NUMBER:
CPU:
+ at least 4 pictures: of case with sticker, both sides of PCB and zoomed CPU (do NOT resize pictures!)
Subject should looks like "CAR BRAND, MODEL, YEAR, PART NUMBER, CPU" (for example: "Toyota Yaris 2015 89170-0D740 H8SX R5F61725")

    I'm after a socket/adapter to help read this MCU, can anyone point me in the right direction of where to buy?

    Socket is not enough for reading CPU. You need to connect the quartz with the capacitors and connect all VCC and GND pins. It's not always so easy.
    Find some SRS ECU with a known pinout and solder that processor in there.

      Thanks for the reply and info. I see. This MCU is from land rover locked, need to read in boot mode but reading on pcb is really hit and miss, sometimes read, sometimes not. Must clean the lifted leg like brand new but then leg becomes weak and can break. Trying to figure out a better way to read.
