We're unable to connect to the ECU. Is the pinout correct? This Opel Astra airbag ECU only has crashes.

Run "SmartOBD Test".
Maybe the SRS unit is damaged.

Select "SmartOBD Test" in the AirbagCANServiceTool, make a connection, and run the test.

The crash data is in the MCU R7F701064.
For the EEPROM use "RH850 external EEPROM 95128".

The problem with the SRS system is not related to the DC converter.
You can always test the SRS unit on a bench before installing it on the car...
