  • Mazda Crash clear problem, KEAD-57K30 C

    Hello.
I cleared file using your service but after clearing the crash, it only shows 3 errors on scan tool while all airbags and components are disconnected. I am testing it on bench. I removed 8 pin external eeprom and erased it since your software says dont forget to clear it but there is no button or option to clear 8 pin eeprom. What should i do now?

      Serial number: 05711290

steps i did: I read the file , clicked on clear crash, then write back, disconnected everything. Wait 5 minutes, i didn’t connect any power suply. Then removed eeprom. Erased it completely (all FF), installed it back and read error. On bench it only shows 3 errors

Hello, i used RH850 external crash clear by smart obd, i had back up from eeprom and tried to used that. Again all is same. Why do i need to try on car? Is there any difference between errors registration on bench test and car test?

The SRS ECU is damaged and you did not perform the first diagnosis before clearing the crash data.
