    CAR BRAND NAME: MAZDA
    MODEL: CX50
    YEAR: 2024
    PART NUMBER: VA40 57K30
    CPU: R7F701330A

I cleared crash data on a Mazda module and now I’m getting an internal EEPROM error (internal electric field).

I’m not sure if this is from the file or a hardware issue.

Has anyone seen this before or know what might be causing it?

Any advice would be awesome! Thanks!

I don't see any diagnostics and MCU writing using ASTPro.

I used device with BOX SN 000005C6 and CARD SN 05833690. Could you check it from that?

I don't see any diagnostics on the bench.
You should always run diagnostics on the bench before and after a "Clear Crash" operation.
        The files are correct.
Check all solder points, clean the board, and run diagnostics on the bench.
