Opel Insignia B 13518658 bonnet reset

Opel Insignia B ecu no. 13518658 after hitting pederastian error message on dash "Reset Bonnet, See Owners Manual".

Tried clearing with Airbag Can service tool but no luck. After clearing crash dtc B0099 - hood hinge actuators triggered.

What do you mean by data banks? This dlfash is read with VVDIProg, I can also read cflash but there should be nothing to do with this error.
And yes - this error code is in original file and after using Can service tool no change.
