Repair fault OPEL 8099 Sensor occupation I place side accompanist, ahead
    Fault Code: 8099
    Decimal code: 32921
    Hexadecimal code: 8099
    OBD code: B0099
    STEPS TO REPAIR THE FAULT

    First.-

    * Make contact with the car without starting it and erase the fault with the Autoxuga app for 6 brands that includes OPEL. Click here to download.

NOTE: If you do not have the adapter for BRANDS + OBD of Autoxuga then Click here to buy it

    * You must clear the faults that the car has in all the ECUs of Engine, ABS, ESP, Airbag, Dashboard, Gearbox

    Second.-

    * If the fault has been cleared, take a test run and check if the fault reappears. If the fault does not appear again the process is over and the fault has been repaired.

    Three.-

    * If the fault has not been erased or has reappeared then with the contact removed, check all the fuses of the car with a multimeter, in case a fuse is blown or in bad condition, change it and return to clear the faults.

    Fourth.-

    * If all the fuses are correct and the fault continues, then check with a multimeter the voltage of the battery, which should give about 12 Volts at standstill and go up to 14 Volts with the car at idle.

    * Also check the voltage at the alternator output with a multimeter

    Fifth.-

    * Check the wiring, there is no loose cable, there is no short circuit and clean the contacts of the components

    * Check if there is a relay that should act and it does not

    Sixth.-

    * If after all the tests the problem has not been resolved then you can check the affected components to see if they are really defective. To do this, click on the following link

    Autoxuga Engineering to SOLVE faults

    Seventh.-

    * Once the fault has been solved, you must delete it with the Autoxuga app for 6 brands that includes OPEL. Click here to download.

REMEMBER: If you do not have the adapter for BRANDS + OBD Autoxuga then Click here to buy it

    * You must clear the faults that the car has in all the ECUs of Engine, ABS, ESP, Airbag, Dashboard, Gearbox
