How to install

1. Connect Your CAN FD ADAPTER to SmartOBD.
2. Run AST CAN software and wait for update FW to v2.5
3. Select KIA or HYUNDAI ( CAN FD ) and click "do it" button.
4. Wait for "CAN FD Adapter Connected ... ok"
5. Your CAN FD Adapter ready for use.

NOTE:

One CAN FD Adapter can work just with one SmartOBD CAN Tool.
You can not echange to other hardware.

Firstly, I will apologise for the duplicate post but I think it makes more sense for it to be in this thread.
Thank you for your video, I can see it is working for you.
However, a few of us are getting the 'CANFD Adapter Connected ...failed' message, I sent you the video of my issue on WhatsApp.

Hopefully you will find the issue soon.

If it is not working for anyone else then please can you also post on this thread so that support can look in to it.

I've had a module on the bench for over a week now and am unable to use the CANFD adapter.

I have the same issue too. Bought the CANFD adaptor in November 2022 and tried it in five occasions and it failed each time. I did the connection according to instruction but it still failed. the recent one is for Hyundai 95910K5000 which required the FD adaptor. Please help.
