2021 Toyota Rav4 airbag module

I have this module for 2021 Toyota Rav4, part no: 89170-42D30.
memory type. R7F701A223.
I could not fix with smart obd, as photo showing "code flash(bank a)not found for this model.
i tried to do it with CPT but there is no clear file for this part number.
i was not sure how to read the original flash with can.
need your help please
