I think for clear crash need remove ECU from CAR!!! -
I tried both in the car and on the table.If on table this log if clear crash

This is old software in the SRS unit and is not supported.
The MCU should not be locked, read data from the MCU and use the "Clear Crash by Dump" function.Comment

Use part number P8651523 for read/write the MCU by CAN.
The diagnostics may not work.
