Volvo P31406637 0285012268 after U3000 Fault

Hi

I have a failed Volvo P31406637 0285012268 ECU (blown driver IC and other faults). Driver was resoldered, now there is communication with the module but looks like there is no configuration inside or file is corrupted. There was U3000 fault and AST helped me to erase it but looks like module has corrupted data( list of fault codes is short). Can you help me to recover original file?

There are no airbag errors, so the bosch driver is still not working.
Or some other chip is damaged.
