Hello,
The airbag control unit is installed in the vehicle and the vehicle isn't with me. Once I find a suitable solution and the necessary files, I will call the vehicle and try to fix the problem.
Someone tried to erase the collision record from this control unit, but it didn't work. The control unit's software is probably corrupted. Then, someone else tried to erase the collision record from the existing problematic software without installing a completely clean software update, and that didn't work either.
I compared the as-built data of the airbag control unit (Forscan) with the data downloaded from Link. Lines 737-06-01, 737-07-01, and 737-09-01 have been added to the control unit. In other words, its structure is corrupted. It's possible to change the data, but I don't know how to remove the lines.
I checked the vehicle with a diagnostic device. Despite the vehicle not having a third row of seats, there are seatbelt dtcs related to the third row. There are also the following faults:
U2101:00-AF - Control module configuration incompatible
U2300:55-AF - Central configuration
I've reviewed the forum threads regarding the Renesas R7F701064 mcu. I hope you can help with this. Going from easiest to most difficult:
Can it be fixed by writing the correct configuration file via OBD connection with Smart OBD?
Can Forscan fix this problem? Can I delete the extra lines? Do you know how to do that?
If we need to fix it using Smartprog, which of the mcu partitions (codeflash, dataflash, userboot, OPT) do I need to rewrite? Assuming the files in the ECU are corrupted, could you send me the working versions of these four files?

This ECU has been worked on twice. The second person backed up the files before and after the work. I have obtained those files. The file you sent is identical to the existing file after the first work. A diagnostic check was performed when that file loaded. Error codes U2101 and U2300 were also present then. Additionally, errors related to the third row of seats (B140E) are also present. I'm also sending you a photo of the issues that occurred while the same file you sent was uploaded. Therefore, simply loading this dataflash will most likely not solve the problem. Could you please send the other parts as well, if possible? (I want to perform as few actions as possible. Since I'm not very good at soldering, I don't want to damage the board or capacitors while removing and installing them.) best regards

When I checked on the desktop, the errors mentioned in entry #12 were there. You know better than me, but those errors are probably normal. We installed it in the vehicle, then checked the SRS block status with Forscan. We saw that it was the same as before, it hadn't changed. There are more blocks than there should be as entry #1. We tried to learn from the central configuration, but it didn't fix it. We also tried loading the as-built files from the factory data, but that didn't work either. Then the U2101 error reappeared.
