hi

I am trying to reset the battery unit whose number I wrote down with the device, but it gives an error.

Error details are in the picture Could you please help me to solve this unit.

The crash data should looks like this
B1652:7F-26 - !!! CRASH DETECTED. MECHANICAL FAILURES. ACTUATOR STUCK OFF !!! ()
And you don't have it. Install MVBM in the car and perform a full car diagnosis.
