Hello
I have a problem with battery.
Photo 1-2 voltage after charging and programming
Photo 3-4 voltage after 3days when customer get it
Photo 5-6 voltage after instaling and removed from car
Today I get information there was no crash , discharged battery .
How to fix it?
PCB should be desolder from cells and ballanced?

It looks like one of the cells is in bad condition.
Carefully measure the voltages on the white connector between red-green, green-yellow, yellow-blue, and blue-black wires.

Voltages on the white connector between:
red-green 4.10V
green-yellow, 4.10V
yellow-blue 4.07V
blue-black wires ALL of them 4.10V

Looks like cleared file wasn't wrote to the MCU, before. Should be ok , now. Let You know when will be instaled on the car.
