Check that this resistor has been removed.

Run "SmartOBD Test" in the AirbagCANServiceTool.
The connection pinout is in the software.

          Hello

This resistor was not removed. Should it be?
Smart OBD test is ok (if 120 ohm resistor is inside or not)
But I noticed that one resistor is missing (circled). What value should it be? Maybe this is the problem?

This is an old SmartOBD and it has a resistor on CAN2, it should be removed.
The second resistor, which is not there, does nothing.

              Ok, I understand.

This means that the resistor that is no longer there (circled in my photo) is not important?
Because in your photo I can see that it is inside (but the value is not visible).

              Thanks for the answer.
