need help updating my new subscriptions

Hi, i am having troubles updating my new subscriptions. i have turned off my antivirus and turned my firewall off but still getting error. my dashboard worked but my ast and airbagcan keep coming back with error.

i am pasting below messages i receive and also blanked the last 3 digits of s/n and card no. just letting you know that i have edited that part for safety. Can anyone help me please. running windows 10 64bit pc. i have also tried a laptop i have again with no results.

Try to use another internet provider or use any Europe VPN.

Hi, just replying to this thread as i hope it could help others in the future. i tried vpn and connecting to other internet provider with no success.
It seems windows 10 is causing the issue in my case. i tried my other laptop with no vpn and same internet provider but i used windows 7. it worked for me first time. After update i connected back to win 10 and it worked clearing a ford infineon module using 1 credit. Basically what i am saying is in my case i can update subscription and credits in win 7 laptop and plug in my dongle and airbagcan back into win 10 and use as normal. Regards Robert

Try to turn off the firewall on your windows 10.
