Locked SRS with CPU Subaru problem!

B1655 refers to pins C35 C36.
I can test this on the bench by connecting a 1–2k resistor to it and the error became (history) and then went away after clearing the errors.

The C36 pin goes here, check all the resistors in this square.

This small resistor that you solder to GND2 should have a resistance of 9 kΩ.

Your files are fine. Check the connection of the two soldered capacitors. Try to replace them with new 0402 100nF capacitors.
