Where can find connection diagram for my module?
1. Forums - CarProTool >> "Pinouts" (section in top menu)
2. CPT exe >>"Help" >> "Support" >> "Connection diagrams"

I can't find pinout for my PCB in Pinouts section!
Post in "CarProTool" section new topic. Suitable sub-forum depends of CPU you want to read. Remember to use topic template.
If you figure out pinout by yourself, please share with us picture of PCB with numbered points where you soldered CPT wires or bridged. It can be made in MS Paint - it doesn't have to be a piece of art. You can upload it in your topic or send it to carprotool@gmail.com
I can't find CLEAR FILE for my H8SX xxxx CPU!

You have to read CPU with JTAG and post files. You CAN'T use UART pinout for this.
When we send you back cleared file please test it and reply with result! Without reply we are not gonna help with another files!
I bought activation in store three hours ago and it's still not active on my CPT!
We send activation certificates to Your account. On forum and store there is a clock that show our current time. Even if it's midday for you it can be 2AM for us.

Where can we find Dongle Card SN?
Card SN and Box SN You can check in AST exe.

AirBag Service Tool software display "10 unit(s) left"
AST softwares has internal counter activation. ( 10 unit(s) left )
While your subscription is active, You can reset this counter without limit.
To renew your counter to 10 again You must have less than 5.
"Update" button available if Your counter less than 5.
"External power too low" Can not detect and read info from module.

Open SmartOBD device and exchange fuse 12V 3A to new one.

I cleared crash with AirBag Service Tool but there is still error / Airbag light ON!

Upload all files with crash and cleared. Add some information like what problem exactly you have.
When we send you back cleared file please test it and reply with result! Without reply we are not gonna help with another files!
And Please remember car not have ERROR "don't work" . Read and POST ERROR CODE!
