Smart OBD problem...

Hello, Just bought the start pack, I was able to clear one single module via SMART OBD and after that it shows:

Enable 12V on Extended Connector... ok
External power +12.21V
Connecting... failed
No answer from AirBag, check Airbag connection and power supply

What can I do to fix this?

did you find a solution to your problem because i am in the same situation ?
by clicking on "SRS detect" nothing happens neither on a BMW e90 with which the unit communicates neither on a Peugeot 208 nor on a Citro
