Problem with renewing license, please help

I paid for renew my licence a few weeks ago but still can not use software. I sent my dongle card serial number and nothing yet. paypal payment says accepted. I keep updating but nothing changes. Can you please help? Card sn: 03811690

Post all error codes on car.
You need to check for errors in OPDS unit and perform "Zero point calibration" in "Ocupant Detection"...
