    Car : Renault Master3
    Year :2019
    BCM type : BCM-N3 284B18392R
    CPU inside D70F3632 ...

    Connection diagram I was made myself ...

    I tried read via CPT Plus + ISP adapter

    Voltage 4.7 was set on 3.3 CPU didn't detected ..

    CPU was detected but like : D70F3379

    Flash size: 0x060000
    Security flag information: 0x1F
    Boot block cluster rewrite disable: OFF
    Read disable: OFF

    Chip erase disable: OFF

    code flash was readed without problem but dataflash read memory ...fail!

    Any solution / advice to read it ? I need clone this bcm

    solved ... i think sth was wrong with cpt programmer software after disconnect power and usb and turn on it readed correct ...

    reading FCK 5000kHz
    writing FCK 500kHz (if FSK was biggest write error on codeflash)

      Hi,

      can any one help ive got the same job, all connections are the same using ISP but im getting this error when trying to read or MCU information


      Target not found!

      Check connection!
