  • NEC V850ES/FK3 with bit "Read disable: ON"

    CAR BRAND NAME: VW
    MODEL: Tiguan
    YEAR: 2012
    PART NUMBER: 5K0937086M
    CPU: uPD70F3383 (mask D76F0118GM(A1))

    Hi.

I have problem with reading NEC V850/FK3 uPD70F3383 with mask D76F0118GM(A1). This NEC located inside BCM's PQ35 VAG group.
With CarProTool i successfully connect with this processor, but I can not read it because of the lock bit set. You can see it in the picture.
I read at renesas developers forum that it is possible to clear flags "Prohibition of programming command" and "Prohibition of read command".
Well, many people have that's BCM's PQ35 to clone, reprogramming or replace and have trouble with this.

I want to ask the creators of carProToo, can they pay attention to this topic, and can they introduce in their programmer the function of reading and programming these processors?
