I have a CPT programmer s/n : CE4458FEB3A60F17

I have a problem read / write MCU NEC D70F3624 \D70F3371
The identification and determination of the MСU proceeds normally, but I cannot read or write the data. There is also no way to install security protection

Сan be read and written by another programmer without problems
