NTG emulator not working

Hello,
We bought 2 NTG can blockers from your site, we tried it on 2 different radio’s but it doesn’t work. We waited for 4 hours but the “diagnosis” on the screen did not go away. Are we doing something wrong or does it just not work. What is the normal waiting time for it to work?

We have tried that multiple times but it does not work. We also tried with multiple Radio's too but none of them work either.
