Hello, I have 2016 Mercedes e350 w212, its a command online original went bad. Got a used one and install it. Than I get a massage anti-theft protection activated. Than I install Mercedes ntg anti-theft deactivator, same massage anti-theft protection activated. I check my connections 3 times all good, solder the jumper for w212 variant. still same massage. Anyone can help with this problem?Thankyou.

First Start after Install Our NTG Anti-THEFT Deactivator IN LCD SHOW "DIAGNOSTIC" wait 5 min After Disconnect All battery from CAR! Or Close all Door and wait 30 ... 45 min for full sleep car.

hello i have mounted emulator on W246 HU45 ntg4.5 but always say DIAG on screen and not disapear i have check all connection ok but every time say diag what can i do i have try few emulator always same please help
