BL84 14B321 AC Problem reading with JTAG

Hello to all,
I have a problem with a 2009 Ford Escape PN BL84 14B321 AC with XC2362 40F infineon micro inside.
I have connected all wires according to wiring diagram from this forum but I get the Jtag scan chain interrogation failed: all zeroes. Power and Jtag conections are OK.

Does anybody know how to fix this issue?

Problem solved. wiring diagram in image here at forum is incorrect. it is missing one more point to short.

You can add correct jtag pinout ?

JTAG pins remain the same. The only modification required is the short between the 2 points in the original image and the one I used. Here is the close up of the short. I could read and program that way. hope it helps.
