Infineon jtag XC23xxB-40f reading problems

I have a problem with an Infineon jtag XC23xxB-40f connection, first of all, the pinout, as shown in the picture is not reading I could make it read only if I connect the brown (9) cable to ground. Then the only option to read is bank0(320 kb) but the crash information is not there, according to the instruction the crash data should be in the bank1 (64 kb). I sent question before but 3 days and no answer, can you help me?
