Run on bench diagnostics using AirbagCANServiceTool and post all error codes.
AirbagCANServiceTool supports "Clear Crash by dump" for this part number.

Open your file, press "Clear Crash by dump", save it, and write to the MCU.

                  it's the car's fault
There is a fault in the control box of the internal security system (SRS). The operating conditions of the components or system are not met.

After writing the cleared file, the error B1BC7:9A disappeared.
What is the problem now? Take a screenshot.

The problem must be in the car, everything was fine on the bench.
Write the last cleared file again, disconnect all impact sensors on the car and make diagnostics.

I wrote and tried again, the problem is the same. Can you intervene in the original file? Best regards
