help have 3 ecu end no read cpt sale before 25 day

i have sale new cpt end no read now go read 38910-62re1 xc2336 end have problem
that error
JTAG scan chain interrogation failed: all zeroes
2 ecu no read end have new cpt watt problem
test all connect v1 /v2 solder
before 25 day haven problem nissan end no read send message have problem cpt ok sale new but no work new send you mesage is lock ecu ok now go read 2 ecu no read what's the problem cpt / program
