CAN Pack2 for Bosch SRS Unit Not Working

Hi everyone,
I got new CAN Pack2 last week. I try to work on 2018 Mazda3 SRS Unit (EEFROM 95128) but it's still not working. I send messages to CPT Admin but nothing back.
Can someone help me?

Can it woking ON CAR or ON Table only?
