B0100 Internal fault code cleared , but after reset and checked DTCand it says no errors. please see below. is this ok??

If it was on bench diagnostics, it should have an errors.
It is possible that the SRS ECU is damaged and will show an internal error during next connections.

sometimes it shows "crash clear..ok" when clearing on bench and not checking DTC, maybe this way system thinks SRS is in the car ?...

(on car) means that the Clear Crash by OBD function is working on the car and cannot clear the data on the bench.
You did not check if the crash...
