smartprog adapter help, can't make it to read r7f701686 chip

please help me use this new smartprog adapter.

Try reading the r7f701686 chip but always fail. Always stating to check P8 connection.

Testing with 2 different subaru module but fail.

please help...
see picture below of my connection.

Fill in the AST CardSN in your profile for a better response.
Make the wires P8 and GND2 at least half as short.

Disassemble the SmartOBD and take a picture of the pcb.

Problem solve....my smartobd fuse is blown. and all this time i was using an external power supply to clear my module.

have 2nd smartobd to test and it worked.
