I need help to read data bank on 2023 Ford Escape, PJ6T 14B321 AC, R7F701064
I'm getting error "Read memory ... fail".
I'm using CPTplus and ISP adapter

(on car) means that the Clear Crash by OBD function is working on the car and cannot clear the data on the bench.
