Because this is my first time buying an activation the proccess is new to me. They sent me the invoice and i saved it. Then downloaded it to my files. I opened the Diagcar.eu web page and open my account. I clicked on FILE ATTACH ORDER and download the invoice that i saved and then i seen the download with file attach appeared then i push download and saved it to my files. But from reading your message this morning, i realized that i was doing it wrong. I tool a look back at the email and they did not attach the file to my order. This is what it says, but the file was not attach to the message.
