R5F64524 mcu read

Hello!

Somebody can help me?
I would like to read a R32C R5F64524 mcu.
This is on Volvo XC60 CEM modul.
I have found a pinouts by Xprog. How can I read by carprotool because I have got always "connection failure" messages.
And Carprotool pinouts not equvalent at QFP 144 mcu.

(on car) means that the Clear Crash by OBD function is working on the car and cannot clear the data on the bench.
You did not check if the crash...
