How to remove crash by "clear" files from database:

1. Connect cable like on connectoin diagram
2. Connect ACP12E NOKIA power adaptor and usb cable to cpt programmer.
3. Run cpt exe.
4. Select correct cpu name and number
5. Find clear file in database on support web Software - CarProTool
6. Click "Clear" button in cpt exe and add correct clear file for your srs unit number.
7. Wait for finish ... it is all :-)

What if clear files are not available in the database or there are new models other than the database.
Will CPT help us to get the pin-outs and clear files?

So if we read the dump files through JTAG and send you the dumps, you will clear it for us,
and this all will be covered in existing Licenses. we don't have to pay any extra charges.
Right?

Every one has issue with this R32 crash repair and no solution from cpt so many module kill ,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,no one responsible for all the comments in here .
