D70F3584 Read Fail

Hello. I'm trying to read d70f3584, but no luck yet. I'v got this fault:

Target found!

Oscillation frequency set success!

Target information:

Chip: D70F3584

End Code Flash address: 0x000BFFFF

End Data Flash address: 0xFE007FFF

read memory ...fail!

Send me debug log for this operation.

How to create debug log file.
Required for the analysis of the programming process.

1. Click on “interface” button in cpt exe and select “Debug On” button.
2. Make operation on cpt exe ( read or write )
3. After finish and error detected unselect "debug on" ( click "interface" button)
4. In main cpt window you see debug log location. Important date and time log creating.
