Hello, I have a unit 9849195480 Veoneer brand, the vehicle is Citroen C4. It corresponds to pinout v1, I have tried several adapter configurations v1 and v2 and it does not work, this error always appears.

Adapter ISP_v1.0 S/N: 4D3EF8E80F03F136
JTAG scan chain interrogation failed: all zeroes
Check JTAG interface, timings, target power, etc.
