2017 nissan versa 285556 9kn1a 95128 dump file problem

Hello, I have this 285556 9KN1A dump file wich I had no problem to read via OBD, but at the moment I try to clear the crash it shows: DAMP ERROR as shown in the picture attached.

Can you please help me cleaning this file or if you have a good file that I can clean? Either will be of great help.

Are you sure that its 95128 ? IC is marked as 5H12A, so I was thinking that could also be 95512 .......

sometimes it shows "crash clear..ok" when clearing on bench and not checking DTC, maybe this way system thinks SRS is in the car ?...

(on car) means that the Clear Crash by OBD function is working on the car and cannot clear the data on the bench.
You did not check if the crash...
