hello i've tryed find a correct pinout i cannot find any for this module

For on-bench diagnostics use part number "HA5H-3658100" in ASTPro.
This is a connection for the cpt programmer.
You should clear the SPC560P50 and EEPROM 95128.

but if you check my pcb its diffrent from the one you have sent

All connection points should be in the same places.
Use a multimeter and check them using this pinout.

I did same on the proccesor
there was no reply from cpu
And it works fine
