kia 95910-a4300 Clear errors failed???? help

I have a kia 9510-A4300 cleared with AirbagCan cleared file ok but won't clear errors. comes up" Clear Errors.... failed."

Could ecu still be locked?

DON'T USE CANAST TOOL WITH THIS ECU IT DON'T WORK. AND SUPPORT WAS ZERO.

VERY DISAPPOINTED WASTED A WEEK WITH DIFFERENT RESETS TO FIND ISSUE IS WITH CANAST TOOL.

Problem with the Canbus AST tool, also known as Smart OBD.

Either the way it reads or writes these ecu's not sure which but is it not correct.
