Hi everyone,
I am using AST (Advanced Smart Tool) to clear crash data for an MG Airbag module with MCU R7F701580 (RH850). I am stuck at the writing stage and need some advice.
Work Sequence:
EEPROM: I cleared the crash data from the EEPROM successfully before moving to the MCU.
MCU Connection: Connection is fine, and the software successfully performs "Bypassing MCU lock security".
Erase: DataFlash erase completes without issues.
The Issue:
When attempting to write the cleared DataFlash file, the process fails immediately with this error:
Write DataFlash... failed at addr FF200000 error E7
I also noticed error C3 in a previous attempt.
Note: I am using the external 12V power supply for the module.
Has anyone faced this Error E7 with the AST tool on this specific MCU? Is it a checksum issue in the file, or should I check my pinout/voltage again?
