2017 Jeep Wrangler Hard Code

CAR BRAND NAME: Jeep
MODEL: Wrangler
PART NUMBER: P68185855AB
CPU / EEPROM: 25256

could someone help clear Hard Code B212D Ignition RUN only input circuit open.
i check wire harness from ORC Connector, to TIPM Fuse M32. and i get the right ohms, and i also get the right Voltage. . i ran all the test. and results is to replace ORC.
