CPU / EEPROM:
+ at least 4 pictures: of case with sticker, both sides of PCB and zoomed CPU (do NOT resize pictures!)
Subject should looks like "CAR BRAND, MODEL, YEAR, PART NUMBER" (for example: "Mazda 3 2015 BHS2-57K30A")

        Try this part number "971724 0285015415" in AirbagCANSErviceTool and make diagnostics.

            What do you mean?
            It could be a usual CAN connection like "971724 0285015415"
            or CANFD connection like "670219857 0285020352 (CANFD)"

              Is powering up with 2 - 12V connections.
              Still not communication thru CANFD or regular CAN

                  Yeah, SmartOBD is not powered. Not needed. Using external power supply. I work like this.
